SOLUTION
For everyone who's having trouble with deleting this app but the red dot's staying: if you have Windows press ctrl + shift + esc > end task > and the red dot will disappear! I definitely wouldn't recommend this app since it's super laggy and weird.

Please help, I started the installer twice, now there's a dot on my screen. I deleted it, but it didn't work.
